Terms and conditions for Online Auctions

14% Buyer’s Premium with a 4% discount for cash or check. Accepted forms of payment are Cash, Check, or Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover cards only).

Any Invoice that is greater than 1,000.00 dollars will require payment to be by certified funds or cash. Payment will be collected at the pickup of items on your items listed on your invoice. After the auction closes, you will receive an invoice, it will go to the email you have registered with.

If you have failed to pay for an item, or failed to timely pick up items, your bidding privileges will be subsequently revoked. If stated by Auctioneer, items may revert back to seller if not picked up in a timely manner, that amount of time to be decided by Auctioneer. If acceptable to Auctioneer, your privileges may be restored by, (1) paying for the item or repaying for the loss of revenue due to the items not having been sold AND (2) placing a credit card number on permanent file whereby future purchases will automatically be charged.

This is an online auction only.

Please take the time to look at the pictures and read the descriptions of any and all the items you are bidding on. When and where there are preview times available, please come out and use that time to look at the items in person, or contact us to make an appointment to see the items.

Descriptions are based upon what we can see and find about the item but are not guaranteed and are taken at the time the sale is listed. Some items may be shown with other items in the same lot, please do not assume that they are together. Please read the description to find what item is being sold in the lot.

All items are sold AS IS with NO WARRANTIES. All sales are final.

Once you have registered, you can bid on any item in one of two ways. First you can enter the next required bid in the Your Bid box, and then at the bottom of the page you enter your bidder number and passwords and click on Submit Bids button. The following page will ask you to agree to the terms and conditions of the auction, this will only happen on first bid you place during each auction. The final page with ask you to verify the bid and submit it. It will then inform you if you are the high bidder or not.

The second way is to enter a max bid, this allows you to enter your max bid amount and the system will bid for you up to the dollar amount entered. This is done by putting the bid in the Your Maximum box, clicking the Submit Bids button and verifying the bid. If two max bids have been entered for the same dollar amount the one entered first will become the high bidder. The max bid option will bid the item up to your entered amount following the bid increment scale.

You can also view all bids you have placed during an active auction by clicking on the Review Bids button at the bottom of each page. Here you will see all the items you have bid on, if you have the winning bid, have been outbid, and the option to increase bids if you choose. Only the items you have submitted bids on in the current auction you are in will show up here.

To ensure that you are seeing the more current bid on an item, refresh the webpage often to see the most current information.

Bidding errors:
Please be mindful when bidding, pay attention to where and how much you are bidding on interested items. If you do make a mistake, typo, or put your bidder number in the bid area, please contact us immediately by email or the online form. After the auction has closed, no changes or reverse bidding will be done.

Auction Closing:
After the auction closes you will receive an email invoice only if you had the winning bid. Please check your email the day of pick up for any additional instructions. Please check your spam and delete files as sometimes emails can be sent to these folders.

Payment, Pick up: 
Payment is due at the time of pick up. Your online invoice will also have details with date, time, and location for payment and pick up. Items will only be available at the given location and during the given time frame. Please bring a copy of the emailed invoice you receive. Any damage to the premises at which the auction pick-up is conducted will be the responsibility of the buyer to remedy.

Winning bidders are responsible for the removal of any and all items you won. Please bring the needed supplies and help to safely remove your items. That includes but not limited to boxes and packing materials, trucks / trailers, and additional labor to move items. You can send movers to remove items, but no items are allowed to be removed until the invoice has been paid in full.

How the Auction closes: 

Staggered Closing:

The online auction closes 2 items per minute that will be listed in the auction details. If an item receives a bid within 5 minutes of ending the item will be extended 5 additional minutes. Please remember to hit the refresh button to know the time remaining on any items and current price; you can also hit the review bids button to view the bids you have made.

Dynamic Closing: 
The closing time of an item is automatically extended an additional 5 minutes whenever a bid is placed within the last 5 minutes of the items closing time.

Bid Notification: 
If you have been outbid you will be notified by email ONLY UNTIL the last day of the auction, starting at midnight EST the night before the ending of the auction notices are not sent.

IMPORTANT: The Auctioneer will have the option of reselling, removing, storing or abandoning, at the expense and risk of the purchase, items not paid for and/or removed within the specific time. The buyer agrees to pay all deficiencies, legal, collection; transportation and storage expenses associated with delinquent accounts or abandoned items.

Please Choose Wisely: 
We want everyone to get a good deal and most will. However, please be sure that you want and get the item(s) on which you bid because ALL bids are final. When in doubt about condition, completeness or suitability for intended use please bid accordingly and PLEASE PREVIEW ALL ITEMS WHEN IN DOUBT. The auctioneer reserves the right to add or remove items from the auction. Split or combined lots. Add minimum bids or reserve prices. Cancel, suspend, extend or reschedule an individual item and or auction event. Auctioneer also may make changes to the auction closing times or inspection or removal times.
